Play Tray Won't Connect to Tablet
Perform a FULL RESET of Play Tray (see photo on right). If that doesn’t fix the connection, reset your tablet (see your device’s documentation on how to reset it).
Note: Do NOT attempt to pair the Play Tray in your device’s Bluetooth connections list–it will not show up there. Connection is handled by the app directly and is automatically paired.Play Tray Won't Connect to Mac Computer
Unplug the Play Tray from your Mac, then perform a FULL RESET of Play Tray (see photo on right). If that doesn’t fix the connection, reset your Mac
Play Tray Still Won't Connect to Anything
Make sure that your Play Tray is running the latest version of firmware. Please review our Firmware Updater Guide to ensure you are up to date.
